To respond to enquiries, provide and support our services, manage subscriptions and accounts, follow up on questions asked via the website chat, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Website chat

Conversations with our website assistant are recorded so our team can follow up on your questions and improve our answers. Chat messages are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

5. Sharing & retention

Data is shared only with service providers who help us run the site (e.g. hosting, email, AI response generation) and where the law requires. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
